Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Peladaí account and your personal data at any time — even if you've already uninstalled the app.
How to request it
Send an email to contato@peladai.com.br, from the same email address registered in the app, with the subject "Account deletion". This helps us confirm the request is really yours.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, and login password;
- Your profile photo, if you've set one;
- Your membership in the groups you're part of.
What may be kept
To avoid distorting the history and statistics of the groups you played in (goals, assists, match results), records of games already played may be kept in anonymized form — with no name or identifying data — unless you explicitly request full removal of those records in your deletion email.
If you were added by someone else
Players added by a group organizer without their own account ("guest" players) can have their data removed directly by the group's organizer, or by requesting deletion through the same channel above.
