Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how the Peladaí app collects, uses, and protects the information of the people who use it, developed by HBFR DEVELOPMENT SA. By using Peladaí, you agree to what's described here.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what's necessary for the app to work:

• Account data: name, email, and password (your password is handled securely by our authentication provider and is never visible to us).
• Photos: your profile photo is optional and uploaded by you. Inside a group, your player photo can be uploaded by you or by a group admin — without your own photo, the group shows your profile photo instead.
• App usage data: groups you're part of, registered players, games you've created, scores, goals, assists, statistics generated from those matches, and the group's financial info (monthly fee, expenses, and the Pix key registered by the group owner for payments between members).
• Chat messages: what you write in a group's chat is visible to that group's members. The app also posts automatic messages (match results, game reminders), which the group owner can turn off.

We don't collect location data or device contacts, and we don't collect browsing data for advertising purposes. We don't use ad SDKs or third-party tracking tools.

3. How we use your data

• To create and maintain your account and your logged-in session;
• To display the groups, players, and games you're part of;
• To calculate statistics (goals, assists, wins) and generate the PDF reports you choose to export;
• To communicate important changes to the app or these terms, when necessary.

4. Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. Your data is stored on Peladaí's own infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, São Paulo, Brazil region) — we don't use third-party database or authentication providers. Access is controlled by the rules we define: each user can only access data from the groups they're a member of.

When you export a PDF report, sharing it (WhatsApp, email, etc.) happens through your device's native share menu — the decision to send it, and to whom, is always yours.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored in a database on our own infrastructure, protected by application-level access control that prevents a user from seeing data from groups they're not part of. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Your session token is stored securely on your own device.

6. Your rights, under Brazil's LGPD

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018), which governs how this app handles data, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we're processing your data;
• Access the data we hold about you;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Request deletion of your data (see the next section);
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time — the steps are on the Account Deletion page.

8. Use by children

Peladaí is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from that age group. If you're a guardian of a child who provided data to the app without your consent, contact us so we can remove it.

9. Local storage

In the web version of the app, we use local browser storage only to keep you signed in between sessions — we don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
