Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Peladaí app ("app", "we"), available for iOS, Android, and web. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use Peladaí.

2. What Peladaí is

Peladaí is a tool for organizing amateur pickup soccer games ("peladas"): creating groups, inviting players, automatic team draws by arrival order, score and match-time tracking, a tie-break queue with configurable rules, and statistics reports.

The app does not organize, mediate, or take responsibility for the sporting event itself (venue, safety, refereeing, injuries during play) — it's simply an organizing tool used by your group, at the participants' own risk.

3. Your account

• Most features require creating an account with name, email, and password.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must provide truthful information when signing up.
• Players can be added to a group without their own account ("guest" players) — whoever adds that player is responsible for having their consent to include their name in the group.

4. Expected conduct

By using Peladaí, you agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass, offend, or harm others;
• Attempt to access data from groups you're not a member of;
• Attempt to bypass, overload, or compromise the security of the app or its infrastructure;
• Register false player information intending to deceive or harm third parties.

5. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the data you enter (player names, groups, profile photos, scores). By entering this data, you grant us the license needed to store and process it solely to operate the app — as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Peladaí brand, symbol, name, and app design are owned by HBFR DEVELOPMENT SA. No part of this app may be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior authorization.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Peladaí is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the app will be free of bugs, interruptions, or errors, although we work to keep the service stable and available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peladaí is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including — but not limited to — injuries occurring during games organized with the app's help, or disputes between players.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use of the app after a change means you agree to the new terms.

10. Account termination

You can close your account at any time — see how in Account Deletion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).
